The personal information you give us is only used to process your order and to contact you if we have any questions or difficulties with your order. We do not sell or trade this information. If you requested an occasion reminder or information about special offers, we will send it to you at the E-mail address you provided.

Requests From Law Enforcement
From time to time, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities. "Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are and can be used to identify, contact or locate you. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement agencies any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
International Visitors
Information we collect will be transferred to and processed in the United States. The privacy laws of the U.S. may not be as comprehensive as the data protection laws of the European Union and elsewhere. Please be assured that we take reasonable steps to ensure that your privacy is protected and implement necessary measures on an ongoing basis to keep your personal information secure. By providing us with your Personally Identifiable Information, you consent to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.
Delivery
If you order by 2 pm in the recipient's time zone, we can deliver the flowers the same day Monday through Friday. For same day delivery on Saturday please order by 1 pm. We are closed on Sunday.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time. You many request a time frame when ordering, however we are unable to guarantee to deliver during that time frame.
We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by severe weather conditions or other acts of God. We are unable to reimburse delivery fees on such orders.
If your gift was not delivered or delivery attempted on the day you requested, we may be able to credit back up to $10 for the inconvenience. (This does not include rural locations or deliveries for Saturday because service is not available in all areas on Saturday.)
Rural Routes and Remote Locations
Occasionally we have difficulty delivering to some rural/remote locations. We will contact you if we are unable to deliver. In some cases, delivery to such areas is available for an additional fee.
Recipient Unavailability
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for re-delivery. If re-delivery is necessary, there will be a $10 re-delivery fee.
Incorrect Addresses
If the recipient's address is incorrect and delivery was attempted to the address, there is a $10 address correction fee. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses submitted to us by the customer. If such a delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase.
Changing/Canceling an Order
Due to the urgent nature of floral products we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process at the design center, en route or delivered.
Ordering, Pricing & Payment
You can safely order all of our items online using our secure server. Alternatively, you can place your order on the telephone by calling us at 1-800-728-8280. There is a $6.99 fee for ordering flowers and gifts on the telephone so please save some money and order online! Consumers making purchases must have a valid credit or debit card and be 18 years of age or older. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. All prices are shown in US dollars. The only additional charges are a transaction and handling fee of $13.99 and 8.25% sales tax. The handling fee may vary depending on product. There are rare occasions when the most cost-effective filling florist's minimum exceeds the amount you paid for your selected item(s). We will contact you if such a situation arises.
Substitutions
We are committed to delivering your gift as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the seasonal and variable availability of some flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, we will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa. In some cases if the vase or basket is unavailable we will substitute a similar vase or basket.
Many hospitals do not allow latex balloons. Mylar balloons may need to be substituted for latex balloons on some orders.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible.
Substitutions within a fruit or gourmet basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are unable to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
